As we expand our internal operations in Buenos Aires, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Call Specialist to join our local team.
Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Inbound Call Specialist who will work hybrid from the Palermo area in Buenos Aires. This is a direct role on our internal team—not through a staffing agency.
You’ll serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and calls, helping to qualify inquiries, collect and log key information, and coordinate handoffs to internal departments. This position plays a vital role in upholding our reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
- Hybrid: Partial remote work with regular in-office meetings in the Palermo area (Buenos Aires)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to web form leads promptly and professionally
- Ask qualifying questions and document details accurately in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Route leads and inquiries to appropriate team members
- Maintain up-to-date notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Schedule meetings, demos, or consultations as needed
- Act as a professional, helpful representative of Consilium Partners at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in call centers, customer support, or lead qualification
- Fluent or near-native English (both spoken and written)
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours from Buenos Aires
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be located near Palermo and available for hybrid work
- Bonus: Background in U.S. markets, SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $1,200 – $1,500 USD/month, depending on experience
- PTO, Sick Days
