We are a U.S.-based language school dedicated to providing high-quality online education. We utilize our own proprietary platform and curriculum; therefore, we seek teachers who are flexible, adaptable to our methodology, and eager to grow through constructive feedback.
All new teachers begin with 1–2 hours per week. As we build our professional relationship and confirm a mutual fit, we will increase your hours as they become available.
Requirements
• Native Japanese speaker
• Experience teaching in an online environment
• University degree (any field)
• English Proficiency: Intermediate level or higher
We are looking for long-term partners—reliable, candid, and kind individuals who truly love helping their students. You should be patient and adaptable; our ideal teacher understands that students may occasionally need to cancel or arrive without completing homework and can adjust the lesson on the fly to keep the student engaged.

Note: After a successful interview, we will request three professional references.
• Time Zone: We are located in Mountain Time (MT).
• Availability: Classes may be scattered throughout the day; evening classes run until 8:00 PM MT.
• Group Class Cycles: These start twice a year (January–May and August–December).
o Typical Group Schedule: 5:30–7:30 PM or 6:00–8:00 PM MT.
• Compensation: This is an hourly position.
