A small California media group is searching for a bilingual receptionist to support our team remotely 20–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
• Answering calls and assisting callers professionally
• Processing customer orders
• Managing emails, messages, and correspondence
• Data entry and record organization
• Helping with social media support when needed
Ideal Candidate:
• Has some administrative experience (preferred)
• Comfortable with MS Office and basic accounting tools
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Speaks clearly and confidently on the phone
Work Hours & Home Office Needs:
This role requires full availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST. Candidates must have a quiet workspace, plus a large monitor, wired keyboard, and wired mouse.
