Palermo Hollywood is known for its lively atmosphere: cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, designer stores, theatres, tango classes, cultural activities, craft and antique markets, and much more. After a day full of excitement, you’ll return to a peaceful and quiet space to relax.
The room includes:
• Queen-size bed or two single beds (according to your preference)
• Bed linen and towels
• Wi-Fi
• Air conditioning and fan
• Large windows with natural light
• Spacious wardrobe
• Access to in-house washing machine
• Private bathroom (only for you)
• Swimming pool available during the summer, sharing the maintenance fee of around 30 euro for the entiere station
Our house is modern (built in 2008), spacious, and welcoming. It features a lovely patio with a barbecue area for "asados", a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining room.
Included in the rent:
• Bi-weekly room cleaning and linen/towel change
• Twice-weekly cleaning of common areas
We rent out four rooms to international students. Each room offers privacy and independence, while the shared spaces are perfect for spending quality time together. The house has four floors:
• We live on the ground floor
• The second floor includes the kitchen, dining area, patio with barbecue, laundry and a guest toilet
• The bedrooms are on the second and third floors
• On the top floor, there’s a large terrace perfect for sunbathing
If you’d like, we can connect you with a current tenant so they can share their experience living in the house.
