Este lindo y elegante departamento cuenta con 6 habitaciones. Cada persona tiene su habitación individual (cama doble, unos tienen balcón) y comparte la cocina, el living y los baños con los demás. Una habitación es más pequeña (cama individual) y más económica.
Ubicación:
El apartamento está ubicado en Recoleta sobre la calle Marcelo T. de Alvear, a 5 minutos caminando de la Plaza San Martin, del centro comercial "Galerias Pacifico" y de las calles Florida y Santa Fe. También se puede ir caminando a los barrios de San Telmo, Microcentro, Barrio Norte, Puerto Madero y Palermo.
En los alrededores hay varias estaciones de transporte público (colectivo, subte y tren). La "Avenida 9 de Julio", con el nuevo sistema de metro-bus, se encuentra a una cuadra del departamento. Cerca hay supermercados, bancos, locutorios y muchos bares y restaurantes para almorzar, cenar o tomar un café.
Muchas universidades están a pocas cuadras (e.j. UADE 3 cuadras, USAL 9 cuadras).
En los parques Plaza San Martín o cerca del famoso cementerio de Recoleta se puede hacer jogging, descansar, tomar sol, leer un libro y relajar.

The beautiful apartment is a cozy and stylish shared apartment that offers 6 individual bedrooms to students and people from all over the world. The room mates have their own bedroom (with queensize bed, some with balcony) and share together the bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The 6th room is smaller than the others (individual bed) and therefore cheaper.
Location:
The apartment is very popular due to its great location in Recoleta, just in the border of the new pedestrian zone of Buenos Aires, only 5 walking minutes from the beautiful and elegant "Plaza San Martin" and the famous "Florida" and "Santa Fe" shopping streets.
The apartment is convenient and centrally located and enables you to easily walk to neighbourhoods like "San Telmo", "Microcentro", "Barrio Norte", "Puerto Madero" and even "Palermo". Public transport (bus, metro and train) are very good accessible and the huge "9 de Julio Avenue" with its new metro-bus is just nearby (1 block away).
Many universities are very close by (e.g. UADE at 3 blocks, USAL at 9 blocks).
There are plenty of restaurants, coffee-shops, internet-cafes and also supermarkets, banks and shops/boutiques (the well-known shopping mall "Galerias Pacifico" is close-by).
In the parks of Plaza San Martin and near the famous "Recoleta Cemetery" you can jog, relax, take sun or read a book and chill.
