There are attractive, well-lit rooms available for rent in this charming, historic house full of atmosphere and character. Each room is unique, ranging from compact to spacious, with options of twin beds or double beds, large windows or balconies, all featuring wooden floors. Every room comes fully furnished with all necessary amenities.
The location is ideal, with the subway just one block away and bus stops conveniently located on every corner. We are approximately 15-20 minutes by bus from Plaza de Mayo, Almagro, Congreso, and San Telmo, and about 25-30 minutes from the international airport.
The house is inhabited by a diverse group of young people from different backgrounds. Spanish is the predominant language spoken, making it an excellent environment for those studying the language or planning a long-term stay. We are an artistic, relaxed household that welcomes individuals with similar interests. We take pride in being LGBTQ+ friendly :). Additionally, we have a spacious terrace with a stunning city view where we occasionally host parties and barbecues.
Rooms are available for immediate occupancy.
Prices start at $250 per month for one person, inclusive of all bills.
The price includes internet, electricity, water, gas, toilet paper, washing machine, cleaning supplies, and cleaning of common areas.
