I have a single room to rent, very bright and cosy. Fully furnished. There´s a little yard and a big terrace in the apartament.
Shared kitchen fully equipped, wi-fi connection, and washing machine available.
I´m in Boedo, a quiet and well connected quarter, 5 blocks from a large park, Parque Patricios, where you can go jogging. Neighbourhood of houses, very quiet at night. Close to commercial center of Boedo and Parque Patricios, where you can find shops, bars, cafes and beer-houses. Well connected area, you can get easily by bus or subway to other parts of town.
It´s 5 blocks from subway line H (Hospitales Station) and 9 blocks from line E (Boedo Station). Many bus lines close to the house. There´s also a cycle-path just in front of the house, and it connects with a network of cycle-paths around the city. You can rent a bike in the rental-bike station at 2 blocks from the house. Usually, it doesn´t take longer than half hour to get to downtown.
MIND THE CAT: There´s a cat too living with me, so, if you´re allergic, think it twice...
