About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative based in Buenos Aires, Argentina to support outbound lead generation efforts for a growing recruiting agency.
This role is primarily focused on LinkedIn and email outreach. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified meetings for the leadership team.
This is a part-time position starting at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify companies with potential hiring or recruiting needs
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email
- Engage founders, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers
- Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Track outreach activity and pipeline updates within CRM systems
- Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach messaging and targeting strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, BDR, or SDR roles
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email prospecting
- Strong English communication skills (B2 minimum. NON-NEGOTIABLE. It will be tested in the interview)
- Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound outreach
- Comfortable communicating with senior-level decision-makers
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in staffing, recruiting, executive search, or B2B services
- Familiarity with U.S.-based clients and business culture
- Experience working remotely with international teams
