We work exclusively with WordPress and serve a variety of clients — from small businesses to government organizations. The Role
We're looking for a Graphic & Web Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This person will contribute to client projects across web design, branding, and visual design — working closely with our existing design and development team.
This is an as-needed role, starting at approximately 10–20 hours per month. If it's a good fit, hours will increase over time.
What You'll Do
Design and build WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders
Create branded visual assets including logos, social media graphics, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life with clean, functional layouts
Contribute to branding projects — from concept development through final deliverables
Communicate with the team to understand client goals and deliver solutions that look great, function well, and are easy to use
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and branding work
Extensive experience designing within WordPress — you should be very comfortable building and styling pages, not just designing in Figma or Photoshop
Elementor experience is a strong plus
Solid understanding of responsive design, UX fundamentals, and modern web aesthetics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma
Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines without close supervision
English proficiency is a plus but not required
AI-forward mindset — genuinely curious about how AI can enhance efficiency and quality in design work, and actively exploring new tools and workflows
